Preparation decides whether paint lasts. We wash, fill, prime, and mask. Exterior timber is scraped and treated before colour. Kitchen and bathroom silicone is cut out and replaced rather than smeared over mould. We will not paint a damp stain until the source is dry.
Noisy pumps, cold radiators, and extract fans that no longer clear steam are comfort problems that become moisture problems. We bleed, service accessible components, and tell you when a specialist appliance engineer is required rather than improvising on sealed systems.
From the ground and from safe access, we look at gutters, downpipes, and flashings after storms. Clearing a blocked hopper is cheaper than a stained ceiling. Where height or structural work exceeds a safe visit, we say so and help you plan the right follow-on trade.
