What “done” means on these jobs
Each project above started with a fault, not a mood board: a leaking mixer, a swollen cabinet, a dark hallway, a stain after rain. We photographed the defect, agreed the access, completed the trade work, and only then closed surfaces. That order is why the photographs still look like homes rather than showrooms that hide unfinished pipework.
